Hotdesking may be implemented to avoid the requirement for additional real estate. Using the right equipment in this situation may make the transition easier and smoother.

Also, when you have more users in the office for less time, it means the technology needs to work first time. There is nothing worse than only being in the office for a couple of hours, and spending that time trying to get the technology to work.

A properly planned AV system will mean that a single press of a button will allow a meeting to be started, without any complex steps. A well planned system will also mean the user doesn’t necessarily need to bring their device to ‘quick’ meeting.
