Hospitality teams change often and have little time for training, so we keep control simple: preset scenes for each room layout, wall panels in each zone, and a single tablet for duty managers. Behind the scenes, systems are remotely monitored so faults can be spotted and fixed before an event, and our AV support plans can include priority response for busy periods.
