AV for City of London offices

City firms need meeting rooms and boardrooms that work first time, for client meetings, board meetings and hybrid calls with colleagues around the world. Sysflex AV designs and installs audio visual systems for City of London offices, from single meeting rooms to full floors. We’re AVIXA CTS-certified, a Microsoft Partner, and partners with Logitech, Poly (HP) and Neat.

We’re used to City buildings: landlord approvals, strict access and out-of-hours working windows, and coordination with fit-out and IT contractors. We plan for these up front and quote a fixed price, including any out-of-hours work.

What we install in the City

• Boardroom AV with ceiling microphones, multi-camera video conferencing and room control
• Meeting room AV and certified Microsoft Teams Rooms
• Reception and wayfinding signage and video walls
• Room booking panels and wireless presentation
• Town hall and event streaming
