Zoom Rooms turn any meeting space into a one-touch video room: walk in, tap the controller and the meeting starts. We design Zoom Rooms with certified hardware from our partners, sized to each space, from small huddle rooms to large boardrooms with multiple cameras and ceiling microphones.

We configure Zoom Rooms in your Zoom account, test them end to end and train your staff, then monitor them remotely so issues are fixed before your next meeting. Choosing the right Zoom Rooms hardware

The right Zoom Rooms kit depends on the size and shape of the room. Small huddle spaces work well with an all-in-one video bar; medium meeting rooms usually need a video bar plus extra microphones; large boardrooms and training rooms benefit from multiple cameras that frame whoever is speaking, ceiling microphones and dual displays. Every Zoom Rooms system we install includes a touch controller, can add a scheduling display outside the door, and supports wireless content sharing so visitors can present without cables.

Zoom Rooms support and management

Once installed, Zoom Rooms can be managed centrally from the Zoom admin portal. We set this up for you, enable alerts, and can monitor your Zoom Rooms as part of an AV support contract, so firmware stays up to date and faults are fixed quickly. If your organisation uses both platforms, we can also configure rooms to join Microsoft Teams meetings.
