Oxford AV Installation & Audio Visual Services

Oxford AV for businesses, colleges and venues

Sysflex AV is an Oxford AV installer working across the city and Oxfordshire. Oxford is around 30 miles from our Swindon base along the A420, so our engineers can survey, install and support systems across the county without long lead times. We’re AVIXA CTS-certified AV integrators and partners with Logitech, Poly (HP) and Neat.

What we install in Oxford

• Meeting rooms and Microsoft Teams Rooms for offices and science-park tenants.
• Teaching and training spaces with projection, large displays and wireless presentation. See AV for education.
• Lecture theatres with voice reinforcement, cameras and hybrid teaching.
• Receptions and public areas with digital signage and video walls.
• Ongoing support through fixed-price AV support contracts.

Science parks and research tenants

Oxfordshire’s science and business parks, including Oxford Science Park, Milton Park and Harwell, are home to fast-growing companies that add rooms as they expand. We design a standard Oxford AV specification for your meeting rooms and roll it out as you grow, so every room works the same way and is easy to support. For labs and project spaces we add large-format displays for data, and video calls with remote partners.

Colleges and historic buildings

Many Oxford teaching spaces are in older or listed buildings. We survey carefully, use surface containment and wireless options where cabling is restricted, and agree equipment positions with estates teams before any work starts. Rooms are set up for hybrid teaching so remote students can see the presenter and the board, and hear every question.

How an Oxford AV project runs

1. Free site survey.
2. Design and fixed-price quote in GBP.
3. Installation by our own engineers, outside term time or out of hours if needed.
4. Commissioning and training.
5. Optional support with remote monitoring.

We work with commercial and public-sector organisations only. Every project starts with a free site survey and a fixed-price quote, and if you have offices elsewhere, our AV integrators UK team can roll the same set-up out to every site. Further north-east, we also cover Milton Keynes; towards London, see Reading and Slough; and to the west, the Cotswolds.
