AV Installation Winchester & Basingstoke

AV installation Winchester and Basingstoke: commercial AV for Hampshire

Sysflex AV designs, installs and supports audio visual systems for organisations across central and north Hampshire. In Winchester that usually means professional firms, public sector teams and education buildings in and around the city centre and Winnall. In Basingstoke it is more often the larger corporate and technology offices around Basing View and Chineham. Both are around an hour from our Swindon base via the A34, so we survey, install and support here on the same terms as our home patch.

We’re AVIXA CTS-certified AV integrators and partners with Logitech, Poly (HP) and Neat. We work with commercial and public sector clients only.

What we install in Hampshire

• Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms, so hybrid meetings start with one touch.
• Meeting room and boardroom AV: displays, cameras, ceiling or table microphones and room control.
• Education AV: seminar and lecture rooms, interactive displays and hybrid teaching spaces.
• Video walls and digital signage for receptions, operations rooms and customer areas.
• Council chambers and large meeting spaces with voice-lift audio, cameras, and recording or streaming.

Winchester: older buildings, modern rooms

Much of Winchester’s office space is in older or listed buildings, where you can’t chase cables into walls or drill wherever you like. We plan around that: surface containment that suits the building, wireless presentation where cabling isn’t practical, and microphones and speakers chosen for rooms with hard surfaces and high ceilings. We agree the approach with you and your building manager before any work starts.

Basingstoke: scale and consistency

Basingstoke offices often run many meeting rooms across several floors. Here the priority is consistency: the same Teams Rooms kit and layout in every room so staff know what to expect, central device management, and AV support with remote monitoring so faults are picked up before the next meeting. We can roll out in phases and work out of hours to keep floors in use.

Planning AV installation in Winchester

For AV installation in Winchester we usually start by understanding the building: what can be fixed where, how cables can be routed, and how rooms will be used day to day. That lets us propose kit that suits older city-centre buildings as well as newer offices on the edge of town. Every AV installation Winchester project gets a fixed-price quote, our own engineers, and a full handover.

Our engineers hold the AVIXA CTS certification, the industry standard for AV professionals.
