This camera from Hikvision includes a thermal camera and can be used for many different applications, such as integrating with reception based digital signage to inobtrusively scan the temperature of visitors. It can even be used within fire protection applications.

The Hikvision facial recognition station allows visitors and employees alike to walk up and simply check their temperature to enure they are ready to work.
It also has built in facial detection software that can even see if a mask is being worn or not, and an alert can be generated if the user is not wearing a mask.
