What a video conferencing room includes

• Camera: auto-framing or speaker-tracking cameras sized to the room, from all-in-one video bars to multi-camera boardroom setups.
• Audio: beamforming microphones, table or ceiling mic arrays and DSP processing, so every voice is clear with no echo.
• Displays: single or dual commercial displays, or projection in larger spaces.
• Touch controller: one-touch join, camera control and content sharing from the table.

From planning to support

We start with a free site survey, recommend the right platform and hardware, and give you a fixed-price quote. Our engineers install and configure the rooms, set up the resource accounts and licensing, test every call path and train your team. After that, optional support and maintenance keeps the rooms updated and monitored.
