What does an AV integrator do?
An AV integrator designs, supplies, installs and supports audio visual systems as a complete, working solution. That means displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, control systems and video conferencing platforms, integrated with your network and IT, so the whole system works together rather than as a collection of boxes.
What's the difference between an AV integrator and an AV reseller?
A reseller sells you equipment. An integrator takes responsibility for the outcome: the design, the installation, the configuration and the support. If something doesn’t work, it’s the integrator’s job to fix it.
What does CTS certification mean?
CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) is AVIXA’s globally recognised certification for AV professionals. It shows our team works to industry standards for designing and installing AV systems.
Do you work outside the South West?
Yes. We’re based in Swindon and deliver AV projects across the UK, including London, the Midlands and South Wales, as well as the M4 corridor.
Can you take over support of AV installed by someone else?
Usually, yes. We’ll audit the existing system, fix any issues and then support it under an AV support contract.
